Tank or tankless?
A standard 40 or 50-gallon tank is the fastest, lowest-cost replacement and what most Fresno homes have. A tankless unit costs more up front, frees up the closet, never runs out, and cuts the gas bill — it makes the most sense if your old one is in a tight garage corner or you're already remodeling. Nick will price both and tell you which he'd put in his own house.
