A new kitchen from one crew, one price.
Nick scopes it, prices it in writing, and his crew handles demo, cabinets, counters, backsplash, plumbing, electrical and paint — no design-center markup, no subcontractor shuffle.
What a kitchen remodel includes
- Demo and haul-away of old cabinets, counters and flooring
- New cabinets — shaker, slab, painted or stained — or refacing existing boxes
- Quartz, granite and butcher-block countertops, undermount sinks
- Kitchen islands and peninsulas with seating
- Tile backsplash, flooring, lighting and under-cabinet LEDs
- Plumbing and electrical relocation, dishwasher and range hookups
- Paint and drywall finish
How Nick runs a remodel
You get one written scope and one price. Nick orders materials, schedules the crew in the right order, and sends you photos as each stage finishes so you're never guessing what happened while you were at work. A review of a recent build-out put it simply: "The project was completed quickly and at a good price."
Kitchen remodel cost in Fresno
A cabinet-and-counter refresh is a very different number from a full gut with an island and relocated plumbing. Nick walks the space, listens to what you want, and gives you a written price with options — free, at your kitchen table.

We loved working with Nick and Central Valley Home Upgrades. We had them come out to create a new training studio for our salon and it came out fantastic. The project was completed quickly and at a good price. Nick was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The whole team was professional and made us feel comfortable with the work they did and ensured we were satisfied every step of the way.
Nick was reasonably priced, especially for good quality work. He oversaw several workers in different phases. He was a good communicator and prompt. I would use him again for any project I might have.
Nick was very prompt on his response and reliable. His crews are easy to work with and respect the property. I would hire his company to do the future home improvements or upgrades.
Questions we hear every week.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A counter-and-backsplash refresh is about a week. A full kitchen with new cabinets is typically 3–5 weeks depending on cabinet lead time.
Do you do the design?
Nick helps you lay out the space, pick cabinets and counters, and brings samples. You are not sent to a showroom.
Can I stay in the house during the remodel?
Yes. The crew sets up a temporary sink and keeps the rest of the house clean and sealed off from dust.
Do you handle permits for kitchen remodels?
Yes, for any plumbing or electrical work that requires them.
